Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: London office, 2-3 days per week
Job Overview:
We are looking for two SDRs to play a crucial role in driving our growth. This position will be a blend between a traditional SDR and AE role, where you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of deals, from lead generation, through to demo, close and onboarding.
Who we’re looking for:
- You have some experience in sales, preferably in a tech or recruitment environment.
- You’re well rounded - confident on the full sales cycle.
- Confident, charismatic and an excellent communicator - it’s sales, people skills are important
- Self motivated, ambitious and driven - want to be part of the next major recruitment tech business, and go on the start-up journey with us.
- Comfortable working in uncertainty and making decisions - we’re a start up, you’re probably doing something for the first time, own it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, presenting HireAra's product.
- Conduct demos of the HireAra platform to prospective customers.
