About the role
We’re looking for an experienced full stack developer to join us as employee number 8. We’re 1-year old as a business & in our first year we’ve secured 100 paying customers and raised a Seed round of ~ £500k. Being an early stage start-up, having the ability to work at speed is key, as is being flexible and being able to work in a sometimes uncertain environment. Being early stage, for what we lack in structure and certainty, we make up for in energy, excitement, responsibility, passion, fun and drive.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions using AWS serverless technologies, Python backend, and React/TypeScript SPA frontend.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that our applications meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and share knowledge with team members to help improve the overall quality of our software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimize code for performance, and ensure that our applications adhere to best practices and industry standards.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and stay current with industry trends to help evolve our technology stack and drive innovation.
